Job Description
Job Title:Domestic IT Recruiter
Experience: 1 2 Year
Shift Timings : 9.30 am 6.30 pm (Mon Fri)
Saturday 8.30 Am 1.30 Pm
Location : KPHB 6th Phase Hyd
Job Description:
- Good communication Skills.
- Need to have knowledge on EndtoEnd Recruitment Cycle.
- Handling full recruitment life cycle. (Managing recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing to acceptance of offer and final placement).
- Sourcing screening Coldcalling and shortlisting of resumes for the clients requirements
- Arranging the client interview and collecting the Feedbacks
- Sourcing candidate profiles in variousJobportals like Monster LinkedIn Naukri Etc.
- Proficient in using other mode for acquiring profiles (Headhunting Referencing using other Social Networking SitesJobPosting)
- Involve in weekly meetings with Account Managers and prepare weekly reports.
- Maintaining Candidate relationship and keep track of candidates in database
