Program Overview
- Commence February 2026 with other Graduates in your cohort
- Twoyear program with crossfunctional business exposure
- Structured rotations through our Aftermarket Construction Industries (CI) Resource Industries (RI) Operations and Technology business functions
- Develop networks and friendships through graduate sponsored activities
- Coaching mentoring and professional skill development
- On the job training and education apply your tertiary studies to real life experience
About You
- Recent graduate 03 years) or expected to graduate in 2025
- University qualification in Business Economics Law or equivalent
- Strong communicator customer service focus and team player!
- Genuine interest and passion in mining construction and resource industries
- Exceptionalproblem solving and organisational skills.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process follows a staged approach:
Round One Video Interview
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a video interview with our talent acquisition team.
Round Two Engagement Centre & Interview
- Successful candidates will participate in an engagement centre and a formal interview.
- Finalists will have the opportunity to connect with other graduates and program sponsors in May 2025.
