Job Description
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with GuideStar Eldercare you will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in longterm care facilities. Using a multidisciplinary approach you will partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic continuity of care for elderly individuals in extended care facilities who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work
Currently licensed as a LCSW in the state of Texas
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
