We are assisting our client in the identification and hiring of a Project Manager to join their implementation team. Our client provides cloudbased collection software solutions for financial institutions. Their goal is to increase collections efficiency and provide insight into future credit decisions.
This role requires a strategic mindset and exceptional leadership to drive complex projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for managing highimpact customer implementation projects mentoring junior team members and setting and executing strategic project goals. This is a hybrid role
Responsibilities:
Build strengthen and foster positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Lead mentor and motivate internal and external project teams to achieve project objectives.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they align with strategic business goals.
Manage complex project timelines risks and issues providing proactive solutions.
Develop and implement project strategies that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions while maintaining highquality standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
Organize and coordinate project golives and postimplementation reviews.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
Report on project status including progress risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
BA/BS Degree in a related field required
4 years experience in project management with a proven track record of leading complex projects and teams.
Experience in the credit union and/or banking industry is highly desirable.
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior project managers or teams.
Advanced skills in risk management strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
