Job Description
Female Store Manager/Duty Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Leading training and motivating a team to achieve store goals
- Efficiently managing stock levels orders and stocktakes
- Strategically planning for business growth and development
- Overseeing daily cash reconciliations petty cash management and banking processes
- Executing and managing store merchandising to attract customers
- Enforcing company policies and procedures among staff
- Maintaining security controls for cash keys alarms and stock
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Maintaining a wellpresented store to encourage repeat business
- Managing liquor licensing requirements and adhering to regulations
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in food retail is essential
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role
- Strong written and spoken English skills
