The Opportunity
In this integral role you will be working in a supportive and diverse team environment to deliver our goal for a personalised customer journey. You will be able to use your customer service experience and communication skills to deliver our promise of quality service to our clients. You will achieve this by:
- Championing clients through all interactions through your excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working crossfunctionally with multiple internal teams through your cando attitude
- Deliver solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and ability to think on your feet
- Embrace challenges and thrive in a fastpaced environment where success can be reached by determination and resiliency
Our Customer Care Coordinator role will give you the opportunity to build strong client experiences and lasting relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for
This role is especially suited to someone who enjoys working with a wide range of people and gets a sense of achievement through providing excellent customer service. You are organised ambitious and confident in communicating with Clients at all professional superior customer service and administration skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role! You will also have:
- Minimum two years customer service or sales experience (advantage)
- Professional phone manner coupled with solid communication skills
- The ability to be selfmotivated energetic and confident in approach
- A commitment to total client satisfaction
The role on offer is permanent fulltime Monday to Friday 11:30am to 8:00pm. You must have full (unlimited) working rights in Australia to be eligible to apply for this role. The successful candidate will be required to undergo preemployment checks including a national police check.
