Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Grale youll play a central role in expanding our customer base and driving the adoption of our ecofriendly products. Youll be responsible for the full sales cycle from identifying leads and booking meetings to pitching and closing deals. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own and execute the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Identify and prioritize target customers across key segments (e.g. wholesalers distributors retail FMCG HoReCa brand owners facility management)
- Build strong client relationships and create tailored proposals based on customer needs
- Attend meetings and present solutions to decisionmakers with confidence and clarity
- Track and report on pipeline progress and sales performance in our CRM system
- Ensure excellent customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Constantly explore new ways to reach potential customers and scale our sales efforts
- Stay on top of market trends and bring in customer insights to refine our gotomarket strategy
- Sell Create revenue
Skills & qualifications
- 3 years of B2B sales experience with physical products within sectors such as wholesale retail FMCG HoReCa facility management or sustainability.
- Strong existing network in any of these sectors is a big plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Experience with CRM systems (we work with Hubspot) and a structured datadriven approach to pipeline management.
- Selfstarter with a handson attitude: you like to take initiative and own your results.
