Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Slovak and Hungarian speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an ecommerce platform.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Budapest Hungary

Work model: onsite

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a high standard of technical support to customers on behalf of the company or its clients.
  • Communicate with customers in a manner consistent with established guidelines and policies.
  • Follow defined procedures for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Address and resolve technical problems related to the organizations products or services.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in line with data quality standards.
  • Ensure complete and precise collection of all required customer and issuerelated information.
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding service level targets as defined by management or account leadership.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in Slovak and Hungarian (C1 both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level).
  • High school diploma or an equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced organisation.
  • Good numerical and reasoning skills.
  • Posses a solid understanding of relevant client products and services
  • Applies logical thinking and problemsolving skills to resolve issues
  • Demonstrates reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
