Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients with their insurance questions by phone and email.
Your Tasks
- Answer questions about different insurance coverages
- Help with policy cancellations
- Support insurance brokers with their inquiries
- Handle emails and incoming/outgoing calls
- Stay calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in German both written and spoken
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Friendly and clear communication
- Problemsolving mindset
- Active listening and attention to detail
