We are hiring a Remote Customer Experience Associate to help ensure that our customers have a positive experience. You will interact with clients via phone email and chat addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through various channels.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Provide information about services and products.
Track and report customer feedback.
Work with teams to improve service delivery.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
1 2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
