As one of our first Account Executives in the region youll have the chance to shape our growth work with innovative solutions and build lasting relationships with toptier clients.

What Youll Do:

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and engage potential clients tailoring solutions to their needs and securing longterm partnerships.
  • Solve Real Challenges: Understand clients language learning needs and demonstrate how goFLUENTs cuttingedge solutions can elevate their business outcomes.
  • Create Impactful Proposals: Develop compelling business cases that highlight the value and benefits of our language learning platforms.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Forge meaningful connections with key decisionmakers and industry leaders becoming a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with goFLUENTs teams to close deals create new opportunities and drive expansion.
  • Represent goFLUENT: Attend industry events and exhibitions across your region representing goFLUENTs vision and services.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Experienced Sales Professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in sectors like HR solutions recruitment Enterprise solutions or professional services. SaaS or international sales experience is a plus.
  • Good Communicator: Native in Thai and have good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • RelationshipDriven: You excel at building connections with senior executives and decisionmakers nurturing longterm partnerships.
  • Engaging Presenter & Negotiator: Youre skilled at presenting ideas clearly crafting persuasive proposals and negotiating effectively.
  • TeamOriented: Thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Social Media Savvy: Active on LinkedIn and other platforms to network and build business opportunities.
  • Bonus Points for Industry Knowledge: Experience in corporate training elearning or HR solutions is a plus.
  • Education: A bachelors degree is required
