Job Description
As a Grounds & Maintenance Technician youll maintain outdoor spaces perform seasonal upkeep and handle minor repairs. Youll also inspect plumbing troubleshoot issues and ensure proper maintenance reporting major repairs as needed.

Your daily tasks will be
- Maintain lawns gardens and landscaping (mowing edging pruning planting fertilizing and pest control).
- Perform seasonal upkeep (spring/summer planting fall leaf removal winter snow/ice clearing).
- Inspect and maintain building exteriors clean gutters and manage pest control.
- Maintain walkways driveways and parking lots (sweeping pressure washing clearing debris).
- Ensure proper storage and organization of maintenance tools and supplies.
- Perform minor outdoor repairs (benches fences) and assist with event setup/teardown.
- Report damage hazards or major repair needs to the direct manager and coordinate specialized repairs.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep plumbing systems functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with pipes fixtures and appliances.
- Have an overview of ongoing Jira tasks.
What we expect from you
- Good written and spoken Estonian and English.
- A basic knowledge of computer skills is needed.
- Good problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces.
- Good communication skills.
- Good at using maintenance tools effectively.
- Good problemsolving skills with logical thinking.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Valid Bcategory drivers license; T category licence is a bonus.
