What we offer you

As an Account Executive you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying and securing highvalue opportunities with a particular focus onthe financial sector. You will develop lasting relationships with key decisionmakers delivering tailored identity verification solutions to large enterprises. Operating in an international environment you will leverage cultural competence and a consultative sales approach to effectively address client needs drive impactful outcomes and expand Keesings global presence.

What youll do

• Identify and Acquire New Clients: Develop and implement strategies to target and engage highvalue clients in the financial sector.
• Lead Complex Sales Processes: Manage endtoend sales cycles including contract negotiations ensuring winwin outcomes for both parties.
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish trustbased partnerships with financial institutions acting as a key advisor in solving their identity verification and compliance challenges.
• Tailor Solutions to Client Needs: Leverage your expertise in the financial sectorincluding customer pain points industry trends and regulatory changesto provide insights that inform internal teams and enhance product offerings.
• Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Maintain deep industry knowledge to position Keesing as a trusted advisor in the financial vertical.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while identifying opportunities to expand business growth.

About you

• Proven experience in enterprise sales particularly within the financial services sector with a strong understanding of industryspecific challenges and opportunities.
• Strong ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and the ability to align solutions with complex client needs.
• Knowledge of identity verification regulatory compliance or related technologies is an advantageor a strong willingness to learn.
• Resultsdriven adaptable and motivated to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 35 years of international sales experience including enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline successfully driving and closing new business.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the financial sector and experience selling solutions into financial institutions.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g. Dutch) are a plus.
