Job Description
Position: Seasonal Recruiter
Employer: Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio
Locations: Redlands CA /High Desert CA / Low Desert CA / Riverside CA/ Temecula CA.
Pay: $18/hour
Seasonal Position Ends 10/31/2025
Are you passionate about empowering girls and making a difference in your community Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio is looking for a Seasonal Recruiter to help grow our membership! In this role youll engage with potential Girl Scouts parents educators and community leaders to inspire participation and volunteerism.
What Youll Do:
Attend community events schools and organizations to promote Girl Scouts
Host engaging presentations and information sessions
Recruit new Girl Scouts and adult volunteers to join and lead troops
Travel within San Bernardino and Riverside Counties to connect with local communities
Support the Membership Sales team in driving enrollment
What Were Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred)
1 years of experience in sales outreach or community engagement
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid CA drivers license & insured vehicle required
