SIFMA is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our New York office. This position supports the NYbased Capital Markets team comprised of five Managing Directors providing essential support to the organization by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Attention to detail organizational skills and ability to multitask sometimes under tight deadlines will contribute to the overall productivity and success of the group.
The first 60 days of this role will require inoffice presence to ensure proper onboarding and training. After the initial period the employee will be required to work in the office four days a week.
