Sphaira Medical is a medtech startup from Berlin with the vision to revolutionize medical isolation. Our goal is to bring people together no matter how dangerous the circumstances. We facilitate the closest thing to facetoface in person natural interaction without risking exposure to pathogens. How do we do this We create MOBY the worlds first Mobile Protective Pod.
We are now looking for a Working Student in Engineering in our Berlin headquarters.
You will work directly with the executive management and the Engineers with the simple goal of getting MOBY ready for production. In exchange youll get unique insights into a unique company firsthand experience in entrepreneurship a lot of responsibility and the chance to have a real and lasting impact on healthcare globally.
Tasks
Develop and build an innovative product in the field of medtech and vehicle engineering in a dynamic team:
- You will prototype the MOBY components in our workshop.
- You will support our CAD and PDM environment.
- You will document your work according to our quality management system.
- You will support the medical product certification for the EU and US markets.
Requirements
- Professional training as a Mechanic or a proven record of prototyping skills in your projects is required. Please send us your professional training certificate or your exposure to your own projects.
- Knowledge in CAD (Fusion) and GD&T.
- Awareness of quality and change management.
- Resultdriven person.
- Working on your own responsibility and economic understanding.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Good skills in the German language to communicate with our local suppliers.
- English is mandatory.
