Within the Communications Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility team the advisor will be responsible for activating philanthropic donations and sponsorship partnerships as well as Transats impact investment platform. The selected candidate will also ensure the communication and promotion of corporate responsibility (CR) initiatives which may include internal mobilization campaigns and event planning. The implementation of the corporate partnerships into our operations will also be under the candidates responsibility. She or he will also support the development of various projects related to sustainable development and social responsibility.

- Coordinate the companys philanthropic donations and sponsorship agreements based on strategic business objectives.
- Ensure followup manage timelines and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of projects.
- Manage corporate partnerships and external relationships identify opportunities for collaboration and optimizing systems and processes to meet accountability requirements.
- Successfully deliver projects related to philanthropy donations and sponsorships and impact investment.
Communications:
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to raise awareness around corporate responsibility initiatives and programs.
- Oversee the various content tools and communication plans implemented to promote Transats impact investment activities to its various audiences (employees partners customers media etc..
- Ensure the companys visibility through internal and external communication activities related to these partnerships and through different platforms (e.g. web social media intranet etc..
- Coordinate corporate events planning and special projects.
Related projects and initiatives:
- Support the implementation of the companys sustainable development and social responsibility roadmap.
- Undertake research and analysis activities to document recommendations or business cases for new corporate responsibility and sustainable development initiatives.
- Provide support to the communications team with various tasks that may include writing layout translation project planning and timelines etc.
- Support the coordination of crossfunctional corporate responsibility committees to ensure compliance with the roadmap and CR framework as well as project management to meet the companys commitments in this area.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in communications administration marketing sustainable development or other equivalent program.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in the private sector is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (several reports and presentations to produce).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PPT Word Excel).
- Oral and written fluency in French and English *
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally
