Role description:
- Leadership role managing daytoday team operations tracking performance and coaching AEs
- Strategic work with Anna scaling processes building the inbound sales engine opening new markets
- Still handson in sales role model for the team testing and optimising sales approaches
- Sales split: 50 closing in the first 56 months then shifting towards 30 sales focus as the team scales

Salary range & secondary benefits:
- Junior profile: 70K80K base
- Senior profile: 80K90K base 10 on personal deals 5 on team performance
- Total earning potential: 150K
