What you will be doing in this role
Due to growth in our Neuro Spinal theatre sessions we are looking for either Full Time or Part Time Registered Nurses who have demonstrated experience as a Neuro Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse.
Reporting into our Operating Suite Nurse Unit Manager you will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment of our highly skilled nursing team. We have a large perioperative team who support 19 operating theatres and maintain the highest standards in patientcentred care.
Who were looking for
- Youll hold current AHPRA registration ideally with 34 years experience in as a scrub/scout Nurse
- Youll have demonstrated experience within the Neuro specialty (especially Craniotomies and Spinal Fusion cases)
- Youll be flexible to be able to work across a range of shifts including morning and evenings (no night shifts).
- Youll have the ability to participate in the oncall roster as needed
- Youll be a team player that is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Youll have the ability to use your initiative and critical problemsolving skills
- Youll have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
