Are you ready to grow your career in a global and creative company goFLUENT a successful Swiss company with 25 years of experience in language learning technology is looking for a motivated Account Executive to help us expand in Korea. This is your chance to make a difference in corporate language education.
What You Will Do:
- Find New Customers: Identify and secure important clients by understanding their needs and creating tailored proposals.
- Solve Problems: Learn about potential clients challenges and show them how goFLUENTs solutions can improve learning outcomes.
- Present Strong Cases: Create convincing business proposals that explain the value of our software solutions.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong consultative relationships with industry leaders and decisionmakers.
- Work with Teams: Collaborate with different teams to close deals and create growth opportunities.
- Represent goFLUENT: Attend events and exhibitions traveling within your area to support sales efforts.
Who Were Looking For:
- Experienced Salesperson: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in HR services recruitment finance or professional services. Experience with SaaS and international sales is a plus.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Korean and able to communicate in English (intermediate to advanced level).
- Relationship Builder: Good at making connections with senior managers and executives.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent at writing speaking giving presentations and negotiating.
- Team Player: Works well in a fastpaced environment motivated to achieve results.
- Social Media User: Active on LinkedIn and other platforms to help grow business.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in training elearning or HR solutions is a plus.
- Education: A bachelors degree is required; an MBA is a bonus.
