Within CGI the Defense and Intelligence metro market organization offers a comprehensive endtoend portfolio to optimally support our clients in the public and private sectors in their digital transformation.
As part of our team you will be responsible for processing and maintaining tickets and operating Linux and Windowsbased infrastructures system platforms and applications.
You will communicate with customers and users via phone email and ticketing systems.
You will handle troubleshooting and provide technical support or escalate the issue to your colleagues in 2ndlevel support for more complex cases.
You will create reports documentation and HowTo guides.
You will assist in managing system environments and platforms.
You should bring some of the following qualifications:
You have some experience in technical support and working with ticketing systems.
You may have already gained initial insights into IT service management (e.g. incident problem change and release management).
You may have had initial exposure to or experience with Windows servers and their system administration or with Windows server applications (e.g. Active Directory Exchange SQL Server Web Server).
You may have had some exposure to virtualization technologies database systems backup & restore cloud technologies networks or monitoring tools.
