General Information
The George L. Argyros College of Business and Economics at Chapman University invites applications for a nontenure track Instructor or Clinical Assistant Professor of Real Estate position beginning August 1 2025.
Chapman University is a nationallyranked R2 Carnegie Classified private institution offering traditional undergraduate and graduate programs in the heart of Orange County one of Southern Californias most diverse and vibrant regions. Chapmans campuses are home to nearly 10000 students representing 50 states three territories and 87 countries. The 11 schools and college of Chapman including the Argyros College of Busines and Economics offer 65 bachelors 53 master and six doctoral programs along with nearly 60 minors and 17 accelerated and bridge programs. The Argyros College of Business and Economics (ACBE) is fully accredited by AACSB and offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs including a MS in Real Estate degree. Chapmans fulltime MBA program is ranked #66 nationally by US News and World Report. The school currently has 1800 undergraduates and 150 graduate students who attend classes in a modern 100000 square foot stateoftheart facility. Applicants with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply: Real Estate Finance or Economics. An MBA or Doctoral Degree in a related field as well as a record of outstanding professional achievement are required. Teaching experience is preferred.
