About Recherche Tech and My sCool Server (MSS) Project
Derived from French Recherch literally means carefully sought out. It is an adjective meaning rare exotic or obscure.
Recherche Tech LLP exists with the sole purpose of unearthing the exotic and obscure technologies with the help of deep research. We innovate with them to create products and solutions for adoption of ICT in education for the benefit of the masses.
Recherche Tech aspires to be the leader in innovative affordable and inclusive application of open source IT in the educational segment.
The My sCool Server is a device primarily for computer labs that makes all computers in the wired network usable and useful instantly. It not only provides an instant plug n play infrastructure comprising a custombuilt education operating system with all necessary software to teach computing and several other subjects but also provides a platform capable of hosting and serving massive Kto12 educational content offline. It empowers the instructors with a teaching and monitoring tool as well as a world class learning management system for customised lesson planning and evaluation.
Recherche Tech with its My sCool Server offering aims to usher in a socioeconomic revolution by simplifying IT adoption to make computer literacy and digital inclusion affordable and achievable across all strata of society.
Recherche works closely with an educational institute right from the advocacy of a computer lab all the way to ensuring its effectiveness in daily lessons. The My sCool Server projects flexibility facilitates instructor led selfpaced or blended learning with equal finesse.
The organisation is in its 4th year of operation and is recognised under the Startup India initiative of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion Govt. of India for its innovation.
In the academic year 202021 the MSS Project aspires to serve overstudents across the country. We are rapidly expanding our reach and are looking for passionate talented professionals to join our team along the way.

Position Summary
Your role is to vouch for top learning outcomes for all the schools students under your purview and to coordinate with all requisite internal teams as well as related school staff to achieve the same.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operation & Program Support
Deployment Coordinate with local partner organizations to ensure effective deployment of MSS in schools.
Training Train teachers and relevant school authorities to help them conduct an effective blended learning session in MSS computer labs and classrooms.
Workshop Observation & Debriefs Visit and observe MSS teachers and students in action during lab sessions collate datapoints analyze them and give feedback for improvement. Conduct need based workshops if required. Track and record the observation for future use.
Team Coordination Plan and execute effective avenues to share best practices learning through collaboration; document them and disseminate it to other managers and associates.
Expansion Actively engage with the school network and partner organizations to expand our impact into new schools across our geographical reach.
Administrative Coordinate role related inventory logistics accounts office support on a need basis with operations staff.
Additional Responsibility Support operations team in conducting workshops managing logistics on a need basis. Candidate must be comfortable with extensive travel within the cities were working in. (post Covid19
Technology
Technology Support Coordinate with the technology team on improvising the product as and when necessary. To make sure that each deployed product is upgraded to its latest version relevant for the schools under ones purview.
Pedagogy
Content Work with the content team on various aspects curation testing etc. as and when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelors or equivalent degree required.
Minimum of two years of work experience ideally in the education sector.
Comprehensive understanding of the goals of National Education Policy 2020.
Comfortable working with online or offline officesuites such as Google docs Openoffice Libreoffice.
Be active in his/her communication.
Background in technology preferred.
Demonstrate the ability to learn and capture quickly.
Have strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
Have a strong work ethic a high level of integrity and accountability.
