Job Description
Stamford Health Medical Group (SHMG) a multispecialty physician group in partnership with Stamford Hospital is seeking a BC fulltime family medicine physician for a brandnew office location at 170 Washington Boulevard in the Harbor Point neighborhood.Stamford Health Medical Group opened new physician offices in July 2024 with a walkin clinic and a few months later we opened an OB/GYN office. We are now ready to open our new Family Medicine office and we need you!
Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of practice experience and the ability to work independently. This is a startup solo physician office which will allow the new physician autonomy to set up the practice as they see fit within the guidelines of SHMG. The new provider will see patients ages 14 and must be willing to work a Monday through Friday work schedule.
Stamford is the fastest growing city in the state of CT and Harbor Point is the fastest growing neighborhoods in addition to downtown Stamford. You will find luxury highrise apartments eclectic restaurants yoga/fitness studios boutiques and even a free trolly service that loops around from Harbor Point to downtown Stamford and back. Harbor Point is accessible from the I95 interstate and within walking distance to the Stamford Transportation Center with Metro North commuter rail and Amtrak.
