Job Description
We provide engineering consulting in the following areas:
- Structural Inspections
- Water Intrusion Investigation
- Concrete Restoration
- Painting and Waterproofing
- Asphalt Pavement Evaluations
- Roof Consulting & Design
- Seawalls & Retaining Walls
- Project Management
- (O.A.R.) Services
- Reserve Studies
- Property Turnover Surveys
- Property Condition Surveys
- Asset Lifecycle Analysis (ROI)
- Drainage Erosion and Settlement
- Expert Witness Services
All Staff Engineers will be responsible for:
Property Condition Assessments
Geotechnical site research
Field construction materials phase testing and inspections
Assisting with soil boring and/or test pit investigations
Building science and engineering field work
Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications :
1-3 years experience
Must have degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or Construction Management
