Your tasks at a glance
- You assist during the preop exams and fill the patients charts accurately.
- You answerpatients questions and ensure the best service.
- You work closely with Optometrists.
- You conduct preoperative and postoperative tests for patients.
- You updatethe appointment system after every patients consultation.
- You confirm by phone postoperative appointments.
- You will be crosstrained for the Receptionistposition (once you have completed your initial training).
A clear view of your assets
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You are comfortable with computers technology and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You have an interest in the medical field and/orhave a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
- You stand out for your organizational collaborative and autonomous skills.
- Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometry assistant orderly dental assistant pharmacy lab technician sterilization assistant animal health technician assistant etc..
- Schedule: You have flexible availability on Mondays 10:00 AM 7:00 PM) and Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM).
