Job Description
We are working with a fintech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a System Administration Engineer to join their Singapore team.
The package is competitive at SGD 108k / year (excluding bonus).
Responsibilities:
- Manage deployment troubleshooting upgrades and maintenance of IT infrastructure including network VPN Windows servers OS email systems applications and hardware.
- Perform server administration (user access security permissions backups) and ensure systems work cohesively.
- Ensure security compliance patch management and rolebased access control.

Monitor systems and servers; manage backup and recovery procedures.
- Support hardware/software integration performance tuning and failure recovery.
- Implement and maintain security policies firewall configurations antivirus solutions.
- Collaborate with IT Support on identity/access management VPNs and network security.

Provide L2 support and assist with enduser issue resolution.

Work with tech teams on infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements:

Diploma in Computer Engineering Computer Science IT or related fields.

1 3 years experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Proficient with networking MySQL Postgres PrestoDB Microsoft 365 Linux/Unix firewalls routers and switches.
- Experience with LAMP stack Java environments Docker Kubernetes GitLab/GitHub/Jenkins Bash/Python/PowerShell scripting.
- Familiar with monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana) and IaC (Ansible Terraform).

Cloud platform exposure (AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
