Job responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Formulation:
3. Lead Generation & Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iGaming market. Seek out potential clients strategic partnerships and collaborative ventures to expand the customer base and drive revenue.
4. Contract Negotiation & Management:
Lead negotiations for contracts pricing models and service level agreements ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets while addressing client expectations.
5. Industry Research & Competitive Analysis:
Keep abreast of trends market shifts and the competitive landscape in the iGaming industry. Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging opportunities assess risks and guide strategic decisions.
6. CrossDepartmental Coordination:
Work in close collaboration with marketing product and support teams to ensure cohesive sales initiatives. Align efforts across departments to support product launches promotional activities and customer success initiatives.
7. Sales Performance Monitoring:
Produce consistent sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to measure progress against targets. Use datadriven insights to identify trends optimize strategies and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
8. Team Leadership & Skill Development:
Mentor and support sales team members by offering training and professional development opportunities. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the sales organization
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to revenue growth.
Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Indepth knowledge of the iGaming industry including current trends major stakeholders and new technologies.
Capable of working autonomously managing priorities effectively and handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Skilled in using CRM platforms and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Open to travel as needed for client engagements industry events and conferences.
