Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers conducting negotiations to secure advantageous terms.
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing contracts terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements. Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Lead and manage the procurement team providing guidance support and performance feedback.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce overall procurement expenses.
Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain quality standards for procured goods and services.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Promote and support supplier diversity initiatives.
Utilize procurement software and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance legal and operations to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field; Masters degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Good command of English Proficiency Verbal and Written required.
Proven experience in procurement with a track record of successful contract negotiations and cost management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Indepth knowledge of procurement laws regulations and best practices.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Ability to assess and manage risks in the procurement process.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
