Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the firms marketing efforts and promoting the firms brand and services. This is a fulltime permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and successful organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data analysis website hits v. social media analytics summary of posting activity for the previous weekVideo editing and posting marketing strategy
Capable of creating thumbnails intros and outros
Manage YouTube channels for GL & P2
Edit repurpose and post video and make thumbnails as needed
Organize content calendar and manage social media
Weekly meetings strategy for upcoming week create calendar
Marketing reports
Post Omnizant videos on social as YouTube shorts and to LinkedIn
edit if necessary
Organize all of the video content in one place start with Excel spreadsheet with video name and length GL (all content) P2P (for 2024 & 2025
Decide which videos to take clips from and post
Send a lead to GL every day to make sure it goes through
Check website every day for glaring errors
Help create Content Calendar
Video editing for GearMedia Studios clients
Assist with P2P website
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable about latest video editing software & social media posting
Software ChatGPT Perplexity Taj descript Capcut Canva Opus or similar VidIQKnowledge of social media sites FB Twitter Instagram TikTok YouTube
Knowledge of data analysis
Must have good organization skills schedule content with attorneys
