Job Description
- Process Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak / FP)
- Process Replacement Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Pengganti / FPP)
- Handle Free of Charge (FOC) order processing
- Monitor and maintain proper filing of Delivery Notes both in hard copy and digital formats
- Process Internal Consumption transactions for customers
- Manage warranty claim processing for G1 Channel customers
- Prepare and provide sales transaction reports to designated customers
- Print and deliver hard copy invoices to specific customers as required
- Provide information on free stock availability to Key Account Managers (KAM)
- Support mitigation control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance in processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (S1 or Diploma IV (D4 in any major preferably in Industrial Engineering Logistics or Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking effective communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in English both spoken and written
