Job Description

Experienced selfdirected Campaign Manager and leader sought to drive strategy and development for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Campaigns for AWS AI & Data services.

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy development reporting and optimization of global campaigns working with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing Field Marketing Brand Marketing Segment Marketing Executive Programs and more as well as external agencies and thirdparty content developers and publications.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time and will have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns from ideation through launch that drive demand acquire new leads increase product adoption and expand awareness of AWS solutions.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead the strategy development and optimization of integrated multichannel campaigns focused on key AWS priority solution themes and topics that are designed to generate awareness and leads for AWS Sales teams globally.
* Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define develop and implement integrated multichannel campaign strategies.
* Create evergreen programs with continuous testing and optimization to create awareness drive consideration and generate leads and adoptions at scale across a number of audience segments.
* Utilize customer buyers journey to architect innovative multitouch engagement programs.
* Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
* Develop rich barraising content designed to shift perception and acquire netnew marketable contacts.
* Manage program budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
* Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and .
* Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in Amazon QuickSight and Adobe Analytics to provide visibility into marketing campaign results measure campaign effectiveness and drive strategic decision making focused on campaign optimization.
* Clear consistent and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy tactics goals and performance for campaigns.
* Travel Required: up to 15 may include occasional international.

A day in the life
During campaign development you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners including Product Field Brand and Segment Marketing teams as well as agencies to develop campaign strategy and supporting content. You will then work in close collaboration with Digital Field and Paid Media marketing teams to activate and launch the campaign. Post launch you will track campaign results and report weekly and monthly performance to key stakeholders. You will highlight performance against goals identify risks challenges and areas of opportunity as well as campaign optimizations to be implemented based on insights garnered from data.

About the team
Global Campaigns focuses on landing core marketing messages consistently around the world. We deploy largescale localized integrated marketing campaigns that are optimized for B2B buyers. Our programs are designed to generate awareness event registrations leads and SQL pipeline. We work with teams across the organization to develop campaign strategy and content. Our programs are executed with a combination of local (field) and central (global) tactics.


5 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience with A/B testing especially around audience segmentation and targeting
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc. for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation
Experience managing budgets

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
