Job Description
An ABA company is looking for an entrylevel Recruiter to help recruit BCBA and RBTs. The ideal candidate will be proactive detailoriented and eager to learn the ins and outs of recruitment while playing a key role in building the companys team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting and Sourcing:
- Identify source and engage with potential BCBA and RBT candidates.
- Utilize job boards social media and networking to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate interviews and followup with candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the HR team and management to understand recruitment needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment efforts.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the recruitment field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
