Foot mobile/Cover Engineer Mechanical
Westminster/Central London
Permanent Full Time
Up to 48000 DOE Plus package
We are working exclusively with a reputable fast growing and forward thinking business. They have a fantastic company culture are always looking to improve and develop and have big ambitions to continue expanding with the right team on board.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Foot mobile/cover Engineer to join the team covering a cluster of high end buildings across central and west end
The Role:
- You will be carrying out a range of mechanical maintenance general ppms and maintenance on this newly built high end building.
- Broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical ppm required.
- You will be carrying out service and repair works on HIUs and FCUs and you must be able to demonstrate experience in this.
- Providing excellent service when on site building and maintaining long term relationships with client.
The Person:
- You will be level 2 or 3 qualified in mechanical/plumbing/heating/hvac or associated qualification
- You must have experience in servicing and repairing HIUs and FCUs and cannot be considered without this experience.
- You will be happy working permanently on multiple sites
- You will have experience carrying out mechanical maintenance and ideally have experience working in a static or foot role previously.
- You will have excellent customer and communication skills
The Package:
- Starting salary of upto 48000
- Overtime available
- Permanent full time
- 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off plus bank holidays
