We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Engineer to join our New Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing technology and a passion for innovation. This role involves designing developing and implementing new motor products from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop manufacturing processes for new platform motor designs and customerspecific designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the best manufacturing methods.
Design and implement production workflows equipment and tooling.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Investigate and propose potential areas for automation during the new product development process as well as with newly launched programs.
Develop process documentation including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for processrelated issues.
Design and implement tooling to facilitate building motor components prioritizing safety quality and productivity.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferably with new product development experience.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes materials equipment and tooling design.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
Willingness to travel up to 25.
