This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid work model for candidates based in British Columbias Lower Mainland. Those located elsewhere in Canada will work fully remote with occasional travel to branches and offices as needed. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $93600 to $118000 based on a 35hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidates qualifications and experience as well as market conditions for the role and internal equity.

As a Senior Manager Marketing you will lead the marketing strategy and for Westlands commercial insurance and group benefits brands and products.

• Proactive selfstarter who leads with ownership and delivers impact

Once here youll:

• Develop gotomarket strategies for multiple commercial brands with distinct audiences and offerings
• Lead demand generation initiatives in partnership with our digital teamacross paid media ABM email SEO CRO and social
• Build out sales enablement toolsbrochures white papers case studies and moreto support account teams in driving growth
• Act as a brand steward ensuring consistent tone identity and presence across all commercial channels
• Optimize digital performance by analyzing web metrics and using tools like GA4 Looker Studio and Optimizely to improve UX and conversion rates
• Lead sponsorship and event marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and generate leads
• Oversee internal referral strategies and ensure marketing tools and messaging enable effective crossselling
• Lead and mentor a small specialized marketing teamdriving innovation and growth
