About the Role
As a Resourcer youll play a key part in supporting the recruitment team by sourcing candidates ensuring compliance managing timesheets and maintaining accurate CRM records. Youll be instrumental in making sure workers are compliant jobready and consistently supported throughout their assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Write and manage job adverts
Source candidates via job boards social media referrals and internal databases
Screen candidates for suitability compliance and availability
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Candidate Lead Generation
Create and maintain lists of highquality candidates for current and future needs
Monitor candidate availability and generate leads from movement and trends
Share insights with consultants to support new business development
Accurately log all lead activity in the CRM
Compliance & Administration
Conduct Right to Work and license checks
Ensure documentation is stored in line with GDPR and AWR regulations
Obtain references as required
Keep all candidate and client records up to date in the CRM
Timesheet Management
Issue chase and validate weekly timesheets
Resolve or escalate timesheet queries promptly
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates consultants and clients
Team Support
Handle calls in a professional and friendly manner
Conduct regular checkins with candidates
Support consultants in maintaining a strong and active candidate pipeline
Stay informed on market trends and internal systems
What Were Looking For
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities
Confident communicator both verbal and written
Comfortable speaking with a range of people including nonnative English speakers
A team player with initiative and a proactive attitude
Confident with CRM systems and general IT tools
Customerfocused solutionsdriven and professional
Requirements
Experience in blue collar recruitment is essential
Must be well spoken and professional this is a clientfacing role
A young energetic and bubbly personality will fit well with the team culture
Must be based in South Africa and interested in longterm growth with the company
