The ideal candidate is experienced in sourcing passive candidates utilizing various tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our recruiting efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Linkedin Recruiter
- Familiar with ATS systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
- Able to managing job boards such as Indeed
- 2 years of experience sourcing for specialized roles in technology and sales.
