Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Sutton to assist with the appointment of a Customer Experience Specialist on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 14.39 18.44 per Hour
Summary:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join a fastpaced contact centre environment. This role is essential in supporting Housing Management and Repairs services through highquality customer interactions and efficient administrative support. Please note: this role is fully officebased with no hybrid working option.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls triaging Housing Management and Repairs queries effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Accurately log and process service requests and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support administrative processes related to housing services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and thorough records of customer interactions and followups.
Essentials:
- Previous experience in a highvolume call centre or customer service environment (essential).
- Strong knowledge of housing or repairsrelated services (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced structured environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM or call handling systems.
