Participates in and supports HR operational activities. Applies training and experience to perform variety of administrative/operational assignments.

    What will you do

    Execute a variety of HR processes in support of employee prescreening transfers compensation leaves and time off

    Use Workday ServiceNow and other applications to analyze HR requests to determine the best course of action

    Partner with other HR team members to provide best in class employee experiences

    Where needed engage with employees to explain technical HR processes in an accessible and easily understood manner

    Ensure employee data is accurate and complete

    Be an active contributor to both your individual team and to the wider HR Operations community

    Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by asking questions and sharing knowledge and best practices

    Work as part of an agile team responsible for endtoend delivery of business needs

    What do you need to succeed

    Musthave

    Currently enrolled at a Canadian postsecondary institution with a focus on Human Resources Business Administration Operations Management or a related field

    Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)

    Creative and analytical thinker who is selfdriven and capable of working in a fastpaced environment

    Ability to pivot quickly from one priority to another

    Strong MS Office skills Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint

    Ability to conduct transactions with a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Privacy and Risk policies

    Ability to learn and apply new processes and concepts quickly

    Nicetohave

    Bilingual in French and English is an asset

    HR Administrator or business administration experience

    Ability to prepare accurate documentation with a high standard of presentation and confidentiality

  • Please note:This posting is for a 4months Summer 2025 Student placement with a start date of May 2025 and end date of August 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4months Student position you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term enddate of August 2025 ; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2025 you must require the full 4months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
  • Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.
