What is the opportunity
Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Human Resource Operations Associate at RBC By applying to this job posting you will be considered for roles available with RBC HR Operations.
What will you do
Execute a variety of HR processes in support of employee prescreening transfers compensation leaves and time off
Use Workday ServiceNow and other applications to analyze HR requests to determine the best course of action
Partner with other HR team members to provide best in class employee experiences
Where needed engage with employees to explain technical HR processes in an accessible and easily understood manner
Ensure employee data is accurate and complete
Be an active contributor to both your individual team and to the wider HR Operations community
Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by asking questions and sharing knowledge and best practices
Work as part of an agile team responsible for endtoend delivery of business needs
What do you need to succeed
Musthave
Currently enrolled at a Canadian postsecondary institution with a focus on Human Resources Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
Creative and analytical thinker who is selfdriven and capable of working in a fastpaced environment
Ability to pivot quickly from one priority to another
Strong MS Office skills Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to conduct transactions with a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Privacy and Risk policies
Ability to learn and apply new processes and concepts quickly
Nicetohave
Bilingual in French and English is an asset
HR Administrator or business administration experience
Ability to prepare accurate documentation with a high standard of presentation and confidentiality
