Peckham is in search of an adept Contact Center IT Business Partner who possesses comprehensive knowledge of contact center technologies. This position will serve as the primary liaison between the Contact Center Solutions Line of Business (LOB) and the Peckham IT teams.This role will be tasked with engaging stakeholders to understand and meticulously document their business and technical requirements. This role involves managing the product backlog overseeing enhancements and effectively communicating with project stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved and requirements are fully met.In addition the analyst will work closely with various stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements document processes and support the implementation of system changes. The goal is to ensure that solutions remain aligned with business goals and meet the needs of customers and endusers.
This role is onsite at our Lansing location.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Function as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
Exhibit deep Business Systems Analysis skills with the capability to work on complex highly visible projects.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive consensus on requirements and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Evaluate and optimize existing business processes and systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct thorough assessments of current IT systems to guide the organization in leveraging existing technologies and integrating innovative solutions seamlessly into the existing infrastructure.
Create and present reports to leadership to support recommendations for any system or operational changes.
Communicate project status risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks and drive action to prioritize mitigate and resolve issues.
Develop and manage shared OKRs to ensure transparency between stakeholder groups.
Assist in developing user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Identify training requirements so that CCS training teams can develop effective training plans for new systems
Work directly with stakeholders and end users to understand diverse operational needs and effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Analyze business processes industry trends best practices etc. to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to meet customer needs and objectives.
Participate in project planning and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Develop process maps workflows and documentation to support business processes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelors degree in Information Technologies Computer Science or closely related field of study strongly.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using industryrecognized methodologies.
Display strong knowledge in project delivery including Waterfall Agile and Hybrid methodologies
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as ServiceNow and Smartsheet is a plus.
Proficiency with development of technical documentation such as process maps user acceptance test plans use cases etc.
Show strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a vast array of information.
Apply knowledge in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
Passing and maintaining federal and state security background checks
PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse user community and present ideas and solutions using written graphical and oral methods in a userfriendly fashion to both technical and nontechnical staff.
Ability to gather information evaluate options and produce accurate data that may be applied to specific solutions.
Motivated selfdirected detailoriented individual
Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment; ability to effectively multitask
Experience in Information Technology systems methodology language and processes.
Time management organizational skills and prioritization is essential.
