Job Description
Professor
The University of Florida Warrington College of Business is seeking to hire a Full Professor of Finance to hold the Bank of America Chair. The candidate is expected to take an active role in enhancing the department and colleges research environment. This includes mentoring doctoral students. Teaching responsibilities would primarily be at the graduate school level with an attractive teaching load.
Ideal Candidate has a record of impactful and highly cited research in toptier finance and economics journals over a sustained period. The expectation is that the candidate has an active current research agenda and that the candidate has recognition as a topflight scholar. The position requires a Ph.D. in finance or a closely related area and teaching experience at the graduate level.
