Job Description
As an Engineering Lead you ll guide a highperforming development team architect scalable systems and ensure timely highquality delivery of tech solutions. You ll collaborate across product and business units mentor engineers and drive decisions that align with longterm goals building secure maintainable platforms that power global growth and innovation from the ground up.
Shift: Monday to Friday (Flexi) Weekends Off

- Leading and managing a development team 10 15 engineers) while ensuring smooth agile workflows (sprints standups code reviews)
- Mentoring developers promoting engineering best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality
- Overseeing the timely delivery and technical quality of features and services
- Collaborating with Product Managers and QA to ensure clear welldefined requirements and efficient
- Defining and maintaining scalable secure and maintainable system architecture across multiple services and teams
- Guiding technology choices framework selection and infrastructure design to support evolving business needs
- Identifying and resolving architectural and technical roadblocks through handson support when necessary
- Aligning engineering decisions with business priorities product roadmaps and longterm goals
- Collaborating with product operations and leadership stakeholders to synchronize technical and business strategies
- Maintaining clear technical documentation architecture diagrams and development guidelines for the team
- Acting as a technical advocate promoting high standards for code quality performance and security
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 6 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role
- Proven experience in designing and scaling complex systems (e.g. web applications distributed services APIs)
- Proficiency in modern software architecture patterns and cloud infrastructure
- Solid background in agile methodologies and engineering workflows
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and growing highperforming teams (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high team velocity and deliver consistently highquality software
- Expertise in creating scalable and welldocumented architecture that supports longterm growth
- Ability to improve engineering processes and enhance team satisfaction
- Skilled in making technical decisions that reduce longterm cost and complexity
- Proven track record of ensuring alignment between technical and business strategy
