Role: Senior Coordinator
Location: Mumbai BKC
Key Responsibilities
Client servicing and managing existing client accounts
Should be able to manage inventory accounts receivables and provide presales support
To understand all types of reports offered by D&B
Understand what product to pitch to the client for a specific business requirement
Tracking inventory for each account
Collaborate with sales manager for sharing inputs on current utilization rate for each contract
Driving up utilization rate for each contract
Collaborate with sales manager to understanding the triggers in each account and to share inputs to drive the utilization rate
Managing high service level relationship with each account by ensuring agreed TAT is maintained
Monthly sharing of mis/utilization statement with the clients
Periodic sharing of invoices with the clients (as per T&Cs) and followup for payments
Key Requirements
Relevant graduation with a minimum experience of 3 years
Candidate should have strong interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills
