Description
McGregor Baptist Churchis seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to our Worship Ministry. The model candidate will have a strong administrative skill set including but not limited to the following:
- Highly capable in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook)
- Strong in organizational proficiency
- Highly skilled in event planning and
- Works well independent or with a team
- Effective communicator
- Capable in Planning Center Online (PCO)
- Proficient in reading sheet music
- Competent musician
From time to time this position will require different working hours than the standard MTH 8:003:00 schedule. This is determined on the most current ministry needs. The pay scale will be comparable to the position and its requirements for the qualified applicant.
