Role Summary:
Our Insurance client is seeking a high-performing and proactive individual to serve as Special Assistant to the CEO at the AVP/VP level. This hybrid position blends executive office management business planning stakeholder coordination and analytical support ideal for a mature strategic professional ready to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on high-impact initiatives.
The role combines the strategic scope of a Business Planning Manager with the operational and administrative command of a Chief of Staff or Senior Executive Secretary. It is designed for individuals who thrive in a high-pressure environment and are comfortable managing both the boardroom and the back office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support & Business Planning - Partner with the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives OKRs and cross-functional execution - Prepare executive dashboards board presentations business performance reports and internal updates - Support analysis for board meetings digital transformation UBL Bank collaborations and insurance KPIs
2. Executive Office Management & Secretarial Services - Manage the CEO s calendar meetings travel guest coordination and event logistics - Attend screen and prioritize phone calls emails and confidential communications - Ensure the CEO s office is operating at a high level of professionalism discretion and readiness
3. Data & Analytical Reporting - Coordinate with Finance Distribution Underwriting and IT for business data - Prepare actionable insights using Excel PowerPoint and internal reporting tools - Support tracking of revenue performance claims trends motor portfolio analysis and digital adoption metrics
4. Stakeholder Liaison & Governance Support - Liaise with UBL Bank teams reinsurers brokers SECP and board directors - Coordinate board meeting schedules agendas minutes and follow-ups - Maintain CEO-level project trackers and institutional knowledge archive
5. Office Supervision & Administrative Oversight - Oversee CEO office support staff including administrative logistics and hospitality teams - Ensure document control visitor handling and office logistics meet board-ready standards - Coordinate operational readiness for internal reviews audits and CEO-led initiatives
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred (e.g. MBA MPA MS Business)
Experience: 5 10 years in executive planning corporate office or C-level support roles
Skills: Strong command of MS Excel PowerPoint business communication coordination
Preferred Background: Insurance banking corporate planning consulting or board-level support
