Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect with extensive experience in customer relationship management and cloud computing.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for Salesforce CRM expert to take on a leadership role within the S&P Salesforce Architecture team.

The Team: Do you love to collaborate & provide solutions This team comes together across eight different locations every single day to craft enterprise grade applications that serve a large customer base with growing demand and usage. You will use a wide range of technologies and cultivate a collaborative environment with other internal teams.

The Impact: We focus primarily developing enhancing and delivering functionality to internal & external clients in client facing applications. You will have a highly visible role where even small changes have very wide impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve an understanding of customer environments and their use of the products.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to build support and iteratively deploy enterprise level software.
  • Provide architecture algorithms and designs for solutions that scale to the customers enterprise/global requirements.
  • Prioritize user experience by designing intuitive interfaces automating repetitive tasks and ensuring that Salesforce solutions are userfriendly and efficient.
  • Ensure best practices are followedin Salesforce architecture development and deployment.
  • Responsible for maintaining system health and Architecture runway.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and innovations to enhance our CRM capabilities.

What were looking for:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of Salesforce CRM experience with deep understanding of Object oriented programming.
  • Strong understanding of Design Patterns API Integrations Third Party tools and Integrated Platforms.
  • Proven experience with Application Integrations and Cloud Computing technologies like AWS.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work within tight timelines.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Possess a true roll up the sleeves and get it done working approach operating as a clientfocused selfstarter.
  • CPQ or RLM experience is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications

Location: Hybrid NY 23 days onsite)

Right to work requirements: This role is limited for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $155000 $175000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
