As Team Lead Cloud & Infrastructure (m/f/d) you will be significantly involved in the further development of our software solutions for bioanalytical devices and services.

As Team Lead Cloud & Infrastructure (m/f/d) you will be significantly involved in the further development of our software solutions for bioanalytical devices and services.
You will be...
- leading a team of 4 engineers and testers focused on the development of cloud applications which includes individual coaching performance reviews and supporting their career progression.
- working closely with the Head of Software Engineering Staff Engineers to align the development efforts with the overall product roadmap and objectives.
- overseeing and participating in a project to modernize and rebuild our spectral database infrastructure.
- enhancing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery and quality.
- participating in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes such as OKRs and leadership meetings.
- staying current with industry trends and advancements in cloud computing and deployment technologies.
Youre a good fit for us if...
- You have experience in cloud application development deployment and maintenance.
- You know your way around Python PostgreSQL and MSAzure.
- You have experience with cloud infrastructure migrations and site reliability engineering leveraging technologies such as Kubernetes Helm MS Azure or AWS.
- You possess proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and optimization ideally with GitLab.
- You would like to apply and improve your leadership qualities in a technical role
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across domains and departments.
- You have a handson attitude and want to be actively involved in shaping things
- You have very good written and spoken English skills. German skills are a plus.
