Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Reports To: Team Leader
Role & Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues or concerns effectively ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customer queries complaints and concerns in a calm and empathetic manner.
- Offer solutions and alternatives to customers problems while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or departments as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism patience and attention to detail during each call.
- Meet or exceed established service levels including average call handling time firstcall resolution and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented and confident.
Additional Information:
- Training: 13 weeks 5 weeks classroom 8 weeks onthejob).
- Work Hours: 12:30 PM 10:00 PM or 1:30 PM 11:00 PM.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday working
- Location: Onsite at Ahmedabad office.
- Leave Policy: No leaves during the first 6 months of training.
- Holiday Calendar: Follows UK holidays.
