Position: Team Manager Fine Jewellery

To be considered for this role a proven track record in luxury retail is a prerequisite and any expertise in luxury Swiss watch brands and fine jewellery would be advantageous. Job Overview

As the Team Manager you will be responsible for effectively leading and mentoring the sales and operations team members to achieve or surpass sales plans and profitability targets. You will serve as a liaison between sales professionals and sales managers providing guidance support and coaching to ensure the delivery of superior customer service and the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Director to create communicate and execute a vision for the sales team focusing on achieving sales plan objectives.
  • Lead and champion the team in delivering consistent and superior sales and service to increase and retain customer loyalty.
  • Execute the Clienteling Program to develop new customer relationships and grow existing business.
  • Ensure sales professionals capture meaningful customer data to personalise future client development opportunities.
  • Support key company regional and local events and product launches to drive strategic client attendance and sales results.
  • Encourage and develop sales professionals through coaching and performance management processes.
  • Identify and communicate development needs of staff providing supportive guidance for improvement.
  • Utilise various methods of feedback to recognise strengths and opportunities for development among team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 23 years of management experience in luxury retail or relevant customerrelated roles.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including days nights weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to inspire trust and professionalism.
  • Desire to work in a fastpaced changing environment and willingness to adapt to various roles based on business needs.
  • Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
